Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, filled with a decadent cream cheese mixture, these mushroom caps are beyond delicious. Easy to whip up at almost a moments notice, I hope that you enjoy these as much as me and my family do.
Ingredients
-
1 pint mushrooms, washed
-
½ brick cream cheese, softened
-
Bacon and onion mixture, half amount from Stuffed Potatoes recipe
-
Everything but the Bagel seasoning, to taste
-
Cheddar cheese, shredded to top each mushroom cap
Directions
Wash mushrooms under cool water. Dry well and remove stems.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, bagel seasoning, and bacon and onion mixture. Mix well.
Fill each cap with cream cheese mixture. Place into air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry caps at 400°F for 5 minutes. Remove basket and sprinkle shredded cheese on each cap and place back into air fryer for 3 minutes until cheese has melted and is golden brown.
