Ingredients

1 bag of coleslaw mix OR shredded cabbage and carrots

1 Apple, diced

½ cup raisins, soaked in hot water

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

1 tbsp white sugar

1 tbsp white vinegar

Juice of 1 lemon

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
For the coleslaw dressing
Directions
Place the bag of coleslaw mix into a large bowl.
Add diced apples and pre-soaked raisins to coleslaw. Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, sour cream, salt, and pepper together.
Add dressing to coleslaw mix and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
