I used pre made crescent roll dough to make this appetizer, so it came together in no time flat. The sweet preserves with the savoury soft cheese just melts in your mouth. I hope you enjoy these puffs at your next dinner party or appy night.
Ingredients
-
1 cannister of premade crescent rolls, divided into 16 squares
-
1 small jar of apricot preserves or jam
-
1 box of Boursin Cheese (I used the Cranberry and Black Pepper variety), divided into 16 pieces
-
Olive oil spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
Open the cannister of crescent roll dough and roll out the dough into a large rectangle.
Using a pizza cutter, divide dough into 16 squares. Place each square into each muffin cup and press down to fill the cup.
Roughly break up the Boursin cheese into 16 pieces and place 1 piece into each pastry cup.
Top each piece of cheese with a heaping teaspoon of apricot jam.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
Enjoy 🖤
