A great way to spruce up that head of cauliflower in your fridge. This quick and easy recipe will add something special to any cozy, comfort meal on your weekly meal plan.
Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower

1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
⅓ cup mayonnaise
-
1 cup cheese, finely shredded

Sea salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a medium pot, fill with water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Prepare the cauliflower by removing the stem and leaves. Add cauliflower to boiling water. Cook for 7 minutes.
While the cauliflower is cooking, make the cheese topping. Combine mustard, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to make a paste.
Remove cauliflower from the pot and place in an oven safe dish, lined with parchment paper.
Spread paste all over the cauliflower and place into preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve as a side dish to your favourite comfort meal.
