This recipe is quick and simple, in terms of steps and ingredients. The ingredients in this recipe can be easily adjusted, depending on the size of the crowd that you're feeding.
Ingredients

1 grilling steak, barbecued and cubed

½ onion, diced

1-2 pounds baby potatoes

1-2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Montreal steak spice, to taste

Seasoning salt, to taste

Drizzling of olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, place baby potatoes and drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Bake potatoes for a total of 30 minutes. 15 minutes into baking time, add onions to the baking sheet and continue until the remaining 15 minutes have elapsed.
Season your steak with Montreal steak spice and grill on the barbecue until your desired doneness.
Cut steak into small cubes and add to the baking tray. Sprinkle the ingredients with shredded cheese and place back into the oven to allow the cheese to melt.
