A flavourful mix of sweet, tart, and savoury, this grape salad recipe is the perfect side dish to add to your steak dinner or a charcuterie board.
Ingredients

2 pounds red seedless grapes, sliced into quarters

1 bunch cilantro, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 jalapeño, seeded and diced.

¼ cup olive oil

1 lemon, juiced
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
Directions
On a chopping board, cut grapes into quarters and place into a medium sized bowl.
Chop cilantro, mince garlic, and dice seeded jalapeños. Add ingredients to the bowl.
Season grape mixture with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
