Ingredients

• ½ large head cabbage, finely sliced

• 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped

Dressing:

• 1 cup mayonnaise

• 1 ½ lemons, juiced

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 jalepeño, seeded and finely minced

• 1 tablespoon Tajin seasoning

• Salt & black pepper, to taste
