Mushroom Orzo

Orzo pasta cooks quickly so this side dish will come together in no time. If you love mushrooms and pasta, give this recipe a try!
Ingredients

1 box orzo pasta

1 pint mushrooms, diced

1 onion, diced

½ cup mushroom soup plus ½ soup can of water

1 tablespoon flour

2 tablespoon butter
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a medium pot. Cook orzo according to package instructions.
Dice mushrooms and onions. Set aside.
In a bowl, pour in ½ cup mushroom soup and half of a soup can of water. Whisk together to combine.
In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions to the pot and sauté until softened.
Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and onions and stir. Pour mushroom soup into the pot, stir, and cook until the sauce thickens.
Drain the orzo pasta, once cooking is completed, and add to the pot. Stir well to combine.
