The cheesecake filling can be prepared using a hand mixer or a stand mixer to ensure the ingredients come out nice and smooth. A classic dessert that your family and friends will enjoy.
Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup white sugar

⅓ cup melted butter

2 bricks (8 oz each) cream cheese

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 lemon, juiced

2/3 cup sour cream

½ cup white sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Pour into an 8 inch springform pan and press evenly to the base of the pan.
Bake crust for 12 minutes or until edges start to brown. Remove from oven and cool while you prepare the filling.
Lower the oven temperature to 325°F.
Place cream cheese into a mixing bowl and cream using the paddle attachment of your stand mixer.
Mix in eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, sour cream, and sugar into cream cheese until filling is smooth.
Pour mixture over graham cracker crust and bake in the preheated oven for 32 minutes.
Once the cake is baked, place the cheesecake into the fridge to cool and set.
Top with fruit compote, fresh berries, or even chocolate sauce.
