For wing night at the SFB house, we like to experiment with ingredients to make the perfect sauce. Whether sweet, tangy, or spicy, this chicken wing recipe is perfect for game day or a fun family night in.
Ingredients

1 - 2 pounds chicken wings

Salt & Black pepper, to taste

Canola Oil (or any high heat point oil), for deep frying
Directions
Heat enough oil for deep frying on your stove top (SFB Hack: toss a piece of a chip into pot to test oil readiness).
Bring chicken wings to room temperature and then season with salt and pepper, according to taste.
Deep fry the chicken wings in batches for a approximately 9 to 12 minutes. Keep warm until ready to serve.
Eat plain or coat wings with the sauce of your choice.
