Simple. Frugal. Basic. Mashed Potatoes

Directions

1. Fill a large pot of water and add cubed potatoes.

2. Bring potatoes to a boil over medium/high heat. Cook until potatoes are fork tender.

3. Once cooked, drain potatoes in a colander and then pour into a mixing bowl.

4. Add sour cream and salt to the potatoes. Attach the whisk attachment to the mixer and mash potatoes on medium speed until light and fluffy.
