Simple. Frugal. Basic. Potato Wedges
by Jesi LopezA great alternative to french fries, these potato wedges just hit the spot. I baked these in the oven but an air fryer would work well, too.

Potato wedges make the perfect side to any main dish. I baked the wedges in a 400°F oven until they came out golden brown and crispy.
Ingredients
-
8 to 10 potatoes, washed and boiled whole
-
Olive oil, for drizzle
-
Tajin seasoning, to taste
-
Salt & Black pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash potatoes and place into a large pot. Cover with water and boil until potatoes are fork tender.
Remove the potatoes from the boiling water and place on a cutting board. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each potato into wedges and place on the baking sheet.
Drizzle wedges with oil, salt, pepper, and Tajin, to taste.
Roast in oven for 30 minutes until wedges are golden brown and crispy.
