½ cup pickles, minced

2 tablespoons pickle brine
-
1 tablespoon mustard
-
3 tablespoons ketchup

Burger Sauce:
Directions
Heat a flat griddle over medium heat.
While the griddle heats up, prepare the burger sauce. In a small bowl, mix pickles, brine, mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise together. Set aside.
Take a handful of ground beef and roll into a ball. Place the ball of beef onto the hot griddle.
Sprinkle seasoning salt over the the beef and then top with a tortilla. Press the tortilla down to flatten the beef to a patty.
Cook burger patty for 5 minutes and then flip over.
