Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, sliced

1 ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce

Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, to taste

3-4 (or more, if you like) garlic cloves, minced

½ cup butter, softened

⅓ cup olive oil
-
8 submarine sub buns
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
⅓ cup peanut butter
-
1 cucumber, sliced into matchsticks

2 cups grated carrots
-
½ cup ground peanuts

1 bunch fresh cilantro
Directions
Place sliced chicken breasts into a preheated pan prepared with cooking oil. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ½ of the sweet chilli sauce. Stir to combine and cook thoroughly.
Make a spread with with minced garlic, olive oil, and butter. Spread the garlic butter, liberally, on both sides of the sub buns and broil in oven for a few minutes, until golden brown.
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, mayonnaise, ½ teaspoon of salt, and remaining sweet chilli sauce. Spread sauce on toasted sub buns.
Assemble your subs with the cooked chicken slices, cucumbers, carrots, and cilantro. Sprinkle sub with ground peanuts.
