Whether you have a big group to feed or just the family, this cheese is the perfect addition to your Nacho Night. You can easily double (or triple) the recipe to feed a bigger crowd. With the guacamole and the pico de gallo, nacho night will be delicious.
Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
-
1 cup pickled jalapeños, with a little bit of the brine

1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
-
2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed
-
3-4 avocados, peeled and deseeded

3-4 garlic cloves, minced
-
Tajin seasoning, to taste
-
1 lime, juiced
-
¼ cup olive oil

Guacamole
Directions
Cheese Sauce
In a pot, whisk milk, jalapeños, and taco seasoning together. Bring the mixture to a soft boil over medium heat.
Add cubed cheese to the pot and stir until the cheese is melted. Pour into a bowl to serve.

Guacamole
Mince garlic cloves in a food processor. Add avocados, lime juice, olive oil, and Tajin seasoning.
Purée guacamole until smooth. Transfer the guacamole into a bowl for serving.
